Business Services Manager

About the Role

The successful candidate will play a pivotal role in delivering high-quality advisory and tax services to a diverse portfolio of corporate clients. They will oversee complex projects, lead client engagements, and ensure that our team sets the standard for excellence in business advisory, compliance, structuring, and corporate tax solutions.

Main Responsibilities

Business Advisory:

  • Provide strategic insight and actionable recommendations to help clients achieve their commercial and financial objectives.
  • Facilitate business planning, performance improvement, and operational optimization initiatives.

Compliance:

  • Lead efforts to ensure clients adhere to evolving tax laws, regulations, and corporate governance standards.
  • Oversee the preparation and review of compliance documentation and reporting requirements.

Structuring:

  • Advise on the design and implementation of tax-efficient corporate structures.
  • Foster cross-border operations and corporate restructures.

Corporate Tax:

  • Direct the management, planning, and reporting of corporate tax obligations.
  • Ensure compliance and optimize tax positions for our clients.

Key Requirements

To be successful in this role, you will need to possess the following skills and qualifications:

  • Proven experience in business advisory, tax compliance, corporate structuring, and tax planning.
  • Strong leadership and project management skills.
  • In-depth understanding of corporate tax law, regulatory compliance, and risk management principles.
  • Excellent communication, interpersonal, and stakeholder management abilities.
  • Relevant tertiary qualifications in Accounting, Finance, CA/CPA or equivalent professional accreditation.
