Job Title: Property Asset Manager

At our organisation, we are seeking a dedicated Property Asset Manager to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for managing commercial property assets and ensuring their optimal performance.

  • Be the primary point of contact for tenant inquiries and resolve day-to-day issues in a timely manner.
  • Maintain accurate lease administration records, financial procedures, and reporting standards.
  • Manage rental collections, outgoings, and recoverable costs while prioritising arrears control.
  • Collaborate with colleagues to prepare annual operating budgets.
  • Process invoices, raise work orders, and manage debtors efficiently.

Qualifications:

  • 1-2 years' experience in a similar role within commercial, retail, or industrial property.
  • Tertiary qualification (property specialisation preferred but not essential).
  • Certificate of Registration (or willingness to obtain within 6 months).
  • Strong organisational skills and attention to detail.
  • Intermediate Microsoft Office proficiency.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
