DFP Recruitment is currently seeking a Senior Property Officer to join our client's property operations team. This part-time role (3 full working days per week) offers the opportunity to contribute meaningfully to community land management.

This role is based on-site and involves managing leases, licenses, and tenancy agreements for Council buildings and land.

Key Responsibilities :

  • Manage leases, licenses, and tenancy agreements for Council buildings and land
  • Coordinate property maintenance contracts
  • Ensure compliance with WHS and legislative requirements for tenanted buildings
  • Maintain lease registers and support strategic property decisions
  • Assist with road closures, encroachments, and community / commercial leases and licenses

About You :

  • Experience in Council or State Government is desirable
  • Strong knowledge of property legislation and asset management practices
  • Skilled in negotiation, contract management, and stakeholder engagement
  • Proficient in maintaining property databases and documentation
