Job Overview

The City of Sydney is embarking on a significant transformation, seeking skilled professionals to join its Property Services team.

We manage a diverse range of assets, including heritage-listed commercial buildings, award-winning libraries, and operationally critical depots.

This opportunity contributes to the realization of our Sustainable Sydney 2030–2050 vision by driving high-performance asset management.

As a Lease Administrator, you will support Asset managers in meeting Leasing objectives, develop detailed reports, maintain registers, and leverage key lease data.

  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Finance, or a related field
  • Extensive experience in managing leases for Commercial Office, Retail, and Mixed-Use properties
  • Demonstrated experience in leasing, building asset, facilities management, or equivalent workplace experience
  • Demonstrated sound understanding of Leasing Legislation and Compliance requirements
