We are seeking a highly motivated and skilled healthcare professional to join our team in Rockhampton.
This part-time role offers the chance to work alongside a collaborative group of experienced nurses and general practitioners, delivering high-quality patient-focused care in a supportive and inclusive environment.
The ideal candidate will have strong time management and organisational skills, excellent communication and interpersonal skills, and the ability to provide patient education and coaching to support health outcomes.
Key Responsibilities:- Administering vaccinations and managing post-vaccine observations
- Triage and prioritisation of emergency situations
- Supporting GPs with minor surgical procedures
- Maintaining accurate patient clinical data
- Wound care, including dressings and suture removal
- Current AHPRA registration as a Registered Nurse
- Previous experience in General Practice or an acute care setting
- Strong time management and organisational skills
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
