About the Role

We are seeking a highly motivated and customer-focused individual to join our Retail Sales Team as a Sales and Service Advisor. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service and sales support to our members.

Key Responsibilities
  • Customer Service: Respond to inbound calls from members and potential customers, providing timely and effective solutions to their queries and concerns.
  • Sales Support: Utilize procedures and guidelines to identify customer needs and offer best solutions, achieving sales targets and providing excellent service.
  • Product Knowledge: Develop and maintain in-depth knowledge of RAA's extensive products, including Insurance and Road Service, to provide accurate information and advice to members.
  • Team Collaboration: Work collaboratively with colleagues to achieve team goals and objectives, sharing knowledge and best practices to drive sales and customer satisfaction.
  • Training and Development: Participate in ongoing training and development programs to enhance skills and knowledge, ensuring continuous improvement and growth.
Requirements
  • Customer Service Skills: Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport with members and colleagues.
  • Sales and Service Experience: Previous experience in sales and customer service, with a proven track record of achieving sales targets and providing exceptional service.
  • Product Knowledge: Strong knowledge of insurance and road service products, with the ability to provide accurate information and advice to members.
  • Teamwork and Collaboration: Ability to work collaboratively with colleagues to achieve team goals and objectives.
  • Adaptability and Flexibility: Willingness to adapt to changing circumstances and priorities, with a flexible approach to work and a commitment to delivering results.
