Job Summary:

The Electrical Supervisor will report directly to the Electrical Superintendent and be responsible for supporting and managing project field and subcontract staff to ensure project delivery in accordance with quality, time, production, safety and environmental objectives.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Manage project field and subcontract staff to ensure project delivery in accordance with quality, time, production, safety and environmental objectives.
  • Report to the Electrical Superintendent and provide regular updates on project progress.
Requirements:

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • A minimum of 10 years' experience within the industrial electrical space.
  • A minimum of 5 years supervisor experience.
  • An Electrical Work Licence.
  • Thorough knowledge of drawings, specifications and quality, OH&S, and environmental requirements for all site related activities.
  • Inspecting electrical installations to validate compliance with AS/NZS Standards, Contract Documentation, Specifications, and standard of workmanship.
  • Experience working on water/wastewater projects will be highly regarded.
  • Confidence actively participating and liaising with multiple disciplinary teams, project managers, clients, superintendents and consultants.
  • Subcontractor management experience essential.
