Childcare Program Manager

As a pioneering leader in the field of Out-of-School Hours Care, you will be responsible for spearheading your own Outside School Hours service. This entails offering top-notch care and support to local families by providing engaging programs before and after school hours, as well as during holidays.
Key responsibilities include creating innovative programs utilizing industry-leading tools, serving as the primary ambassador for the service, and fostering strong relationships within the school community.
You will play a crucial role in mentoring your team of educators to enhance their skills and facilitate growth within the industry, while also managing essential compliance documents and administrative tasks.
The work schedule is designed to cater to Monday through Friday, with no weekend commitments, and a flexible administration schedule that promotes a healthy work-life balance.
