Childcare Coordinator Job

We are seeking an experienced and passionate Childcare Coordinator to lead our childcare programs and manage the day-to-day operations of our service.

The successful applicant will be responsible for developing and delivering engaging child-centered programs that cater to the needs and interests of children aged 5-12 years.

You will work closely with our team of Educators, fostering healthy relationships with children, schools, communities, and parents.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Developing and facilitating programs that promote learning and development
  • Fostering positive relationships with children, families, and the broader community
  • Leading and managing a team of Educators onsite
  • Managing day-to-day operations, including compliance and administration

  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • A team player with a desire to become a service leader
  • A national police check and state check for working with children
  • A relevant qualification to work with kids in OSHC per ACECQA
