About the Role

The Outside of School Hours Care Coordinator is a pivotal position within our educational community, tasked with leading their own service to provide trusted before and after school care and holiday programs that support local families.

  • Program Development: Design and deliver engaging programs for children aged 5 - 12 years.
  • Community Engagement: Build positive relationships as the face of the service in your school community.
  • Mentorship: Mentor and support your team to develop their skills and growth within the industry.
  • Compliance Oversight: Oversee compliance and administrative tasks to ensure a smooth-running service.

This entry-level position requires a passion for making a difference in children's lives and a commitment to building strong, positive relationships. While experience in childcare or OSHC is desirable, it's not essential.

Candidates must have completed or be studying an ACECQA-recognised qualification (Teaching, Childcare, Community Services, or similar). They will also need to obtain relevant certifications, including HLTAID012 First Aid in a Childcare Setting, food safety & mandatory reporting certificates, and a National Criminal History Check dated within 6 months.
