The Area Development Lead is responsible for supporting the Chiropractors and Chiropractic Assistants within their area, ensuring high levels of performance and service delivery to practice members. This role has an operational focus, with the aim to support team members in their development, provide exceptional service delivery, act as first point of resolution for issues and conflict, and promote the organization's values at all times.

About You:

To succeed in this role, you will be someone who is autonomous and able to make accurate decisions quickly. You will be a leader who lifts up your team and pushes them to be better daily. The organization thrives as a collaborative team, and you will take your position within that team and encourage others to do the same. This does not mean engaging in lemming behavior, rather encouraging healthy communication and debate. Ideally, you will have a background in or passion for Chiropractic, or other experience in Allied Health.
