We are seeking a dynamic and experienced **Area Manager** to lead operations across multiple leisure venues in the ACT, including **Canberra Olympic Pool, Stromlo Leisure Centre, Lakeside Leisure Centre**, and **Erindale Leisure Centre**. This is a leadership role focused on driving business performance, enhancing customer experience, and supporting venue managers to achieve operational excellence.

**About the Role**
As the ACT Area Manager, you will provide strategic leadership, coaching, and operational support to venue managers. You will be responsible for ensuring consistent service delivery, maximising profitability, and fostering a culture of excellence across all sites. You'll be the key link between our venues and the Business Operations Manager, ensuring alignment with company goals and values.

**Key Objectives**
- Lead and support venue managers to achieve KPIs and business growth.
- Drive customer satisfaction and service standards across all venues.
- Ensure operational consistency and quality across the region.
- Maximise sales and profitability through strategic planning and execution.
- Promote a positive and inclusive team culture.
- Uphold and champion company policies, procedures, and values.

**Key Responsibilities**
- Provide ongoing training and development for staff.
- Communicate regularly with clients and stakeholders.
- Identify and address performance gaps.
- Make informed decisions aligned with business standards.

- Ensure compliance with WHS and environmental policies.

**Qualifications & Requirements**
- Current First Aid Certificate (Level 2)
- Current CPR Certificate
- Working with Children Check (or equivalent)
- National Police Check
