The Role

As an Area Manager, you will be responsible for leading the Canberra business, collaborating with state and national sector leads, executing the operational plan, driving business strategy and development, and client relationship activities across sectors.

You will mentor and support Local Sector Managers in client-facing activities and provide pastoral care to all Area staff where relevant. Your responsibilities will include:

  • Providing inspiring leadership and support to Area personnel in conjunction with market and sector management
  • Collaborating with state and national sector leadership to ensure the ACT business is an integral part of our ANZ operations
  • Ensuring effective strategic planning, implementation, execution and monitoring across the Area
  • Working with National Managers to achieve sustainable business growth through targeted client relationship management and business development activities
  • Taking accountability for project governance and client service imperatives within the area office

About You
