The Opportunity: We are seeking a highly motivated and technically proficient Project Manager to join our dynamic team. In this pivotal role, you will be instrumental in the successful deployment of our Acrow Screens and Jumpform Systems, from initial concept through to on-site commissioning. If you thrive in a challenging environment, possess strong technical acumen, and have a knack for client engagement, we want to hear from you.

Key Responsibilities

• Project Planning & Management: Develop, manage, and execute comprehensive project plans for the deployment of Acrow Screens and Jumpform systems, ensuring seamless integration with overall construction schedules and project milestones.
• Stakeholder Collaboration: Act as a key liaison, collaborating closely with architects, principal contractors, and site supervisors to effectively coordinate system designs, technical requirements, and project execution.
• Client Engagement & Sales: Confidently engage with potential clients to present Acrow's innovative systems, working hand-in-hand with our internal engineering team to formulate bespoke solutions that meet unique client requirements.
• Technical Oversight: Demonstrate a deep understanding of detailed engineering designs and technical drawings pertaining to Acrow Screens and Jumpform Systems.
• On-Site Execution: Oversee and manage the assembly, precise installation, and final commissioning of Acrow systems on construction sites, ensuring adherence to design specifications, quality standards, and safety protocols.
• Quality & Safety Assurance: Develop, implement, and rigorously enforce safety procedures specifically tailored to formwork and screen operations. Conduct thorough risk assessments and proactively manage mitigation strategies throughout all project phases to ensure a safe working environment.
  
  

What You Bring

• Proven experience as a Project Manager in the construction industry, ideally with exposure to formwork, scaffolding, or structural systems.
• Strong technical background with the ability to read, understand, and interpret complex engineering designs and drawings.
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills, with the confidence to build client relationships and present technical solutions.
• A collaborative mindset, capable of working effectively with multi-disciplinary teams (engineering, sales, site operations).
• Demonstrated commitment to quality assurance and an unwavering focus on safety.
• Relevant tertiary qualification in Engineering, Construction Management, or a related field is highly regarded.
• Must be an Australian citizen or permanent resident.
