Job Title

We are seeking a seasoned Team Lead to oversee the growth and development of high-performing engineering teams.

The ideal candidate will be responsible for building a world-class team, driving technical excellence, improving delivery quality and speed, and leading the organization toward continuous delivery.

Key Responsibilities
  • Hire Exceptionally: Onboard top talent, provide coaching and feedback to ensure success.
  • Raise Technical Excellence: Establish clear boundaries, promote sound designs, and maintain high operational standards.
  • Improve Delivery Quality & Speed: Reduce lead time, minimize change failure rates, and prioritize customer satisfaction.
  • Lead Toward Continuous Delivery:
  • Own Reliability With The Team: Develop Service Level Objectives (SLOs), establish observability, and conduct blameless incident reviews.
  • Create Autonomy With Accountability: Align goals and decision rights, foster strong cross-team collaboration, and promote accountability.
Requirements
  • Prior Experience: Senior+ individual contributor experience before moving into leadership roles.
  • Leadership Experience: 2+ years of proven track record in leading teams to improve quality and speed through technical and process changes.
  • Distributed Systems Expertise: In-depth understanding of distributed systems and data integrity at scale.
  • Skill Planning And Delivering Sprints: Ability to balance new work, enhancements, bugs, and maintenance.
  • Qualifications: Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or equivalent experience.
