One of Australia's innovative Federal Government departments is looking to engage an experienced **Technical Team Lead/ Platform Technical Lead **to** **support a new service management function, focused on creating processes and governance around ITIL 4. The Successful **Technical Team Lead/ Platform Technical Lead **will be offered a **8 month** **contract with extensions and flexible work arrangements.**

The successful **Technical Team Lead/ Platform Technical Lead **will be responsible for, but not limited to:

- Oversee the operational support of the digital platforms, with a strong presence in Amazon Web Services (AWS).
- Manage the adherence to Government security frameworks such as the ISM, PSPF, and E8.
- Actively contribute to the strategic direction and development of ICT services supporting core business.
- Oversee a small team of engineers and developers in an Agile and cross-disciplinary environment.

The successful **Technical Team Lead/ Platform Technical Lead** will have experience in the following:

- Demonstrated experience providing technical leadership or managing a team.
- Previous experience with Infrastructure as Code (IaC) principals and a strong understanding of Cloud computing concepts
- Strong understanding of Service Orchestration and Service Discovery, Kubernetes
- Experience with Python scripting and serverless workloads, AWS Lambda
