Overview
CX Technical Leader – Collaboration Solutions– Whizdom Canberra, Australian Capital Territory, Australia.
Lead end-to-end solution design and delivery for Cisco Collaboration technologies and drive adoption of modern collaboration solutions for high-profile clients.
This role is based in Canberra, ACT, and requires on-site presence four days per week.
NV2 clearance or higher is mandatory.
Responsibilities
Lead end-to-end solution design and delivery for Cisco Collaboration technologies.
Engage directly with senior stakeholders to understand business goals and translate them into technical solutions.
Guide future-state architecture discussions and drive process transformation and automation.
Lead and mentor a delivery team while maintaining strong client relationships.
Support pre-sales activities and contribute to solution architecture and design documentation.
Location & Clearance
This role is based in Canberra, Australian Capital Territory, Australia, and requires on-site presence four days per week.
NV2 clearance or higher is mandatory.
Qualifications
10+ years of experience in Cisco Collaboration technologies, including applications, hardware, and protocols.
A proven track record in delivering complex projects and managing multiple technical workstreams.
Strong consulting skills with the ability to influence and advise senior stakeholders.
Expertise in networking, UC applications, virtualization, and scripting (DEVNET).
Excellent communication skills—written, verbal, and presentation.
Relevant certifications such as CCIE, CCNP, CCNA, or DEVASC are highly desirable.
A proactive, passionate, and collaborative mindset with a commitment to continuous learning and innovation.
Salary
A$110,000–A$120,000 per year
