Family Support Specialist

We are seeking a professional to fill a Case Manager position servicing the Wollongong & Illawarra region.
The successful candidate will work closely with children, young people, their families and carers to develop and implement case plans that aim towards achieving permanency goals for those we support.
- This requires strong communication skills, enabling effective collaboration and negotiation with clients, as well as the ability to analyze complex situations and make informed decisions.
In this role, you will have the opportunity to contribute to creating a supportive environment that fosters the well-being of vulnerable individuals and their families.
Key qualifications for this position include:
- A relevant tertiary qualification in social work, psychology or a related field.
- Proven experience working with children and families in a case management capacity.
- Demonstrated ability to communicate effectively and work collaboratively as part of a team.
- Ability to think critically and solve problems in a dynamic and fast-paced environment.
