Job Overview

As a Services Manager, you will lead our high-performing Services team in delivering cost-effective construction services that meet the highest standards of safety, quality, design, and building code requirements.

Key to your success will be partnering with internal stakeholders to procure services consultants and subcontractors, and meeting client requirements through services packages. You will also oversee the installation of services packages, manage rectification of issues and defects raised by stakeholders, and assess sub-contractor claims for approval.

  • Lead the Delivery Team: Lead the delivery of projects and programs within scope, on time, on budget, and with the required quality.
  • Services Procurement: Partner with procurement teams to source the best services consultants and subcontractors that meet our high standards.
  • Client Satisfaction: Meet client expectations through effective communication, negotiation, and collaboration.
Requirements
  • Qualifications: Tertiary qualifications in Engineering (Electrical or Mechanical) or equivalent trade background.
  • Experience: Prior experience with Tier 1 or 2 builders on large commercial building services projects, and a strong understanding of the NCC/BCA and building services requirements.
  • Skills: Well-developed skills in planning, project management, client management, negotiation, collaboration, and communication.
