Job Summary

We are seeking a seasoned Food and Beverage Manager to oversee the food production process, ensure quality control, maintain effective customer relationships, and manage stock control. You will also be responsible for mentoring and training team members, as well as maintaining focus on food and people safety.

The Ideal Candidate

  • Must have a current Working with Children Check or be able to obtain one
  • Should have substantial experience in a similar role
  • Should possess strong experience with high volume food production and functions catering for small and large numbers
  • Should have excellent written and verbal professional communication skills
  • Should be highly computer literate
  • Should have a strong understanding of allergen management and food safety
