Lead Food Service Supervisor

This is a critical leadership role where you will oversee the daily operations of our food service team. As a Lead Food Service Supervisor, you will be responsible for ensuring that all menu items are prepared and presented to the highest standards, and that exceptional customer service is provided at all times.

  • Key Responsibilities:
  • - Supervise and train food service staff to ensure they meet quality and service standards.
  • - Ensure efficient preparation and presentation of menu items, maintaining high levels of cleanliness and hygiene in the kitchen.
  • - Manage stock levels, maintain inventory records, and implement cost-saving initiatives.
  • - Develop and maintain positive relationships with colleagues, customers, and suppliers.
Requirements

To be successful as a Lead Food Service Supervisor, you will need:
