Have a working knowledge of the mixer, using thetimer and batch recipe systemFollow FIFO (First in First Out), Mix lot number and documentation accuracy.Clean & Refill ingredient bins and label the bins with the correct lot number.Ability to work in a standing position for entire shift and climb steps and ladders.Ability to lift up to 50 pounds repeatedly.Monitors and assists with equipment upstream/downstream to ensure continuous operation.Ability to clean mixers, work areas properly during and after production runs or changeoversMaintain a clean, organized and safe work areaObserve all plant safety, GMP and allergen procedures and attend appropriate training sessionsResponsible for manufacturing, distributing and consistently maintaining safe and quality food byfollowing good manufacturing practices, allergen controls, food defense, HACCP and SQFRequirementsResponsible for immediately reporting all food safety and quality issues to your supervisorFollow supervisor's directives and be able to support the shift team as neededRequirementsQUALIFICATIONS AND EDUCATION REQUIREMENTSEducational Background: N/AExperience: Must have experience with operating and maintaining the machines and ensuring the entireproduction line is running efficiently.Preferred SkillsMust be able to communicate with others as well as managementMust understand FDA guidelines and company policies.Mathematical skillsBilingual is preferredBenefitsHealthcare coverage including medical, dental and vision401k PlanShort term disability availablePaid holidays, vacation and paid sick leaveEEO StatementPure's is committed to providing equal employment opportunities to all employees and applicants without regard to race, color, religion, sex, national origin, age, disability, or any other characteristic protected by applicable law.
