About This Role

As a Delivery Specialist, you'll be the key to delivering exceptional customer experiences. You'll drive our vans safely and efficiently, ensuring our customers receive their groceries on time.

Key Responsibilities

  • Drive our 3.5-tonne vans to deliver groceries to customers' doorsteps
  • Complete checks to ensure vans are organized, clean, and roadworthy before driving
  • Serve customers with a smile, answering questions and making substitutions as needed
  • Build product knowledge to provide recommendations and enhance customer satisfaction
  • Assist colleagues across the store as needed
