Your New Role
As a Hospitality Operations Manager for our Brewery Bar + Kitchen, you will report directly to the Venue Manager. Your key responsibilities include:
- Supporting the Venue Manager in supervising daily operations and team members.
- Playing a crucial role in major event activations, coaching, and supporting team members while ensuring compliance across beverage, gaming, and restaurant areas.
Requirements
To succeed in this role, you must have:
- Experience in bar management and a strong desire to provide exceptional service.
- A resilient and enthusiastic personality.
- Flexibility to work varied shifts, including weekends, public holidays, and event days.
- A valid Responsible Service of Alcohol (RSA) Certificate and RCG Competency Card.
