Talent International is currently seeking candidates for APS4 Case Management Support roles to assist one of our esteemed Federal Government clients. This position is structured as a 6-month contract with potential for extension, offering a competitive rate of $43.82/hour + Superannuation.

Work Schedule: 7.6 hours per day, totaling 38 hours per week.

The APS4 Case Management Support role is integral to the team, operating within established guidelines pertinent to their responsibilities. The successful candidates will be expected to implement established policies, principles, practices, and procedures to achieve results that align with the client's goals.

Key responsibilities of this role include:

  • Receiving and registering new AAT matters.
  • Managing and directing correspondence.
  • Evaluating and processing AAT Applications submitted by the client.
  • Preparing and filing Tribunal documents for AAT Applications within strict deadlines.
  • Assessing and addressing risks associated with processes, including privacy considerations.
  • Coordinating assessments to aid case managers in their decision-making.

Essential skills for this position include:

  • Data compliance and quality reporting support.
  • Assisting with the onboarding of new personnel.
  • Supporting case management tasks.
  • Scheduling meetings and managing timetables.
  • Note-taking during meetings.

Preferred skills:

  • Familiarity with SharePoint.
  • Experience in client systems and database management.

Mandatory qualifications:

  • Must be an Australian Citizen.
  • Strong customer service skills.
  • Effective communication abilities.
  • Excellent organizational and time management skills.
  • Meticulous attention to detail.
  • Capability to resolve inquiries efficiently.
  • Experience in coordinating appointments.
  • Proficiency in managing team communications.
  • Ability to record and analyze feedback.
