Talent International is currently seeking candidates for APS4 Case Management Support Positions to collaborate with our esteemed Federal Government clients. This role offers a 6-month contract with potential for extension and is compensated at $43.82/hour + Super.
Work Schedule: 7.6 hours per day, totaling 38 hours per week.
The APS4 Case Management Support role is integral to the team, operating within established guidelines relevant to their responsibilities. The successful candidate will implement well-defined policies, principles, practices, and procedures to meet objectives that align with the client's goals.
Key responsibilities include providing operational and administrative assistance, leveraging sound knowledge in AAT matters, managing related correspondence, organizing assessments, and potentially engaging in research and analytical tasks.
Primary Responsibilities:
- Receiving and registering new AAT matters.
- Managing and directing correspondence.
- Evaluating and analyzing AAT Applications submitted by the client.
- Preparing and filing Tribunal documents as required for AAT Applications within strict deadlines.
- Assessing and addressing risks associated with processes, particularly regarding privacy and priority considerations.
- Coordinating assessments to facilitate the decision-making process for case managers.
Essential Skills:
- Data compliance and quality reporting support.
- Assisting with the onboarding of new personnel.
- Supporting case management tasks.
- Scheduling meetings and managing timetables.
- Taking detailed notes.
Desirable Skills:
- Familiarity with SharePoint.
- Experience in client systems and database management.
Required Qualifications:
- Must be an Australian Citizen
- Proficient in customer service.
- Strong communication skills.
- Excellent organizational and time management abilities.
- Meticulous attention to detail.
- Capability in resolving inquiries.
- Experience in coordinating appointments.
- Effective management of team communications.
- Ability to record and manage feedback.
