Salary Package

The successful candidate will be offered a highly competitive salary package commensurate with their experience and qualifications, expected to be around $120,000-$150,000 per annum, plus excellent employee benefits and opportunities for career growth.

Job Description

We are seeking an experienced Senior Project Engineer – Electrical to join our growing Rouse Hill project team within our Fulton Hogan Utilities business. The role will involve working closely with our Design Team, Site Engineering and Supervisory Team to deliver complex Electrical works safely, on time, and on budget.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Assist with the development of contracts for sub-contractors, managing and approvals of variations, initiating and executing work to minimise cost ensuring they are in line with the forecasted revenue
  • Design review, issue tender documents, procurement, expediting, site installation and commissioning assistance of electrical packages
  • Oversee practical completion documentation
  • Management of Design & Construct LV & HV electrical subcontractors
Required Skills and Qualifications:
  • Relevant Tertiary Electrical Engineering Qualifications
  • 5-10 years' experience in Electrical Engineering role
  • Experience on construction projects in water infrastructure, Water or Wastewater Treatment Plants (preferred)
  • Knowledge of project financial management, forecasting, procurement, design and contracts management functions
