Exciting Opportunity for Senior Electrical Engineer

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Senior Project Engineer – Electrical to join our team at Fulton Hogan Utilities in Rouse Hill. This is a fantastic opportunity to drive your career further and be part of a dynamic team delivering complex infrastructure projects.

About the Role

In this role, you will work closely with our Design Team, Site Engineering and Supervisory Team to deliver electrical works safely, on time, and on budget. Your responsibilities will include assisting with contract development, managing variations, expediting site installation, and commissioning assistance of electrical packages. You will also oversee practical completion documentation and manage design & construct LV & HV electrical subcontractors.

Key Responsibilities
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver electrical works
  • Develop and manage contracts for sub-contractors
  • Manage and approve variations to ensure alignment with forecasted revenue
  • Assist with design review, procurement, and expediting of electrical packages
  • Provide commissioning assistance for electrical installations
  • Oversee practical completion documentation
  • Manage design & construct LV & HV electrical subcontractors
Requirements
  • Relevant tertiary electrical engineering qualifications
  • 5-10 years' experience in electrical engineering roles
  • Experience working on construction projects in water infrastructure or wastewater treatment plants (preferable)
  • Knowledge of project financial management, forecasting, procurement, design, and contracts management functions
  • Affinity for continuous improvement and innovation
