At Alstom, we excel in designing and delivering efficient transport solutions. With a diverse portfolio of high-speed trains, metros, monorails, trams, turnkey systems, services, infrastructure, signalling, and digital mobility, we cater to the needs of our global customers.
We have an exciting opportunity for a Train Network Operations Coordinator to join our team at our Repair and Overhaul Center (ROC), located at Rouse Hill. This role would suit a qualified engineer who thrives in customer-facing positions while enjoying technical and operations aspects.
You will be responsible for ensuring the seamless flow of information and demand between the ROC and project sites. Your key tasks include:

- Integrating demand and priorities from projects into planning for repairs.
- Managing end-to-end information and parts flow in SAP and other tools used for information management.
- Providing feedback to customers on the operation of repaired train components.
We value passion and attitude over experience. To succeed in this role, you should possess:
- Excellent communication skills with the ability to build strong relationships with internal and external stakeholders.
- The ability to create and update documents, as well as process information from SAP.
- Experience using SAP.
- Tertiary qualifications in Engineering (Industrial) are preferred.
- Experience in repair management with a customer interface is preferred.
This position offers a competitive salary package that includes a base salary of approximately $90,000 per annum, flexible/hybrid working options, 18 weeks paid parental leave, free gym membership, purchased annual leave, and a novated leasing scheme. We also provide independent wellbeing support and investment in your development through award-winning learning programs.
We're an equal-opportunity employer that celebrates diversity across our global operations. Our inclusive workplace culture values individuality and provides opportunities for growth, learning, and career advancement. If you're up for the challenge, we'd love to hear from you.
