Speech Pathologist Opportunity

Our allied health practice is seeking a highly skilled Speech Pathologist to join our multidisciplinary team based in Ballarat.

The ideal candidate will have expertise in delivering evidence-based therapeutic supports and possess excellent communication skills to work collaboratively with colleagues, clients, and their support networks.

  • Key Responsibilities

    Manage a caseload of clients living in Ballarat and surrounding locations, providing tailored clinical supervision and professional development to meet individual needs

    Deliver speech pathology services in various settings, including schools, homes, and the broader community, to make a real difference in clients' lives

    Assess clients' communication and/or swallowing level of function and capacity using clinical observations and standardised assessments

    Recommend provision of Assistive Technology to enhance clients' independence

  • Required Skills and Qualifications

    Possess a positive attitude and ability to work independently and as part of a team

    Ability to maintain consistent and regular contact with stakeholders, including clients and their support networks

    Current driver's licence and own reliable vehicle required for travel between client locations

    Continuous improvement mindset and willingness to adapt to changing service delivery needs
