About this role:
As a Therapeutic Specialist, you will work closely with the team to deliver high-quality care and support to young people.
The ideal candidate will have excellent clinical judgement, strong decision-making skills, and a high degree of self-discipline.
You will be responsible for conducting assessments, developing treatment plans, and providing clinical support to the care team.
To succeed in this role, you will need sound knowledge of child development and therapeutic practices, as well as experience working with children.
You will also need to possess a Bachelor degree level or higher qualification in a Health or Welfare related field.
Beyond that, additional requirements may include postgraduate training, experience in secondary consultation, psychoeducation, coaching, and family therapy training.
