**Senior Fund Accountant Role**

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Senior Fund Accountant to join our team. The ideal candidate will possess strong analytical and technical skills, with a passion for learning and a commitment to delivering high-quality results.

**Key Responsibilities:**
  • Deliver accurate financial reports and analysis to stakeholders.
  • Review and analyze property accounting data prepared by external managers.
  • Provide technical expertise and advisory services on real estate transactions.
  • Prepare and present quarterly financial reports to investors.
  • Assist with compliance, debt management, and investment administration across allocated funds and project entities.
  • Develop and implement efficient accounting systems and cost management processes.
**Required Skills and Qualifications:**
  • Professional accounting qualification (CA or CPA) with at least 2+ years post-qualification experience.
  • 5+ years of accounting experience in a similar role.
  • High attention to detail and excellent analytical skills.
  • Ability to work effectively in a team environment.
