Job Overview

This role entails leading a team of product specialists, contributing to an exceptional in-store experience.

You will work closely with the Assistant and Store Manager, focusing on delivering world-class customer service and ensuring seamless operations.

The successful candidate will be passionate about our brand and dedicated to fostering a culture of excellence within the store.

The key responsibilities of this position include:

  • Leading from the Floor: Spend 5 days a week interacting with customers and product guides to deliver an outstanding guest experience.
  • Product Expertise: Share comprehensive knowledge of our products with customers and provide coaching to product guides to unlock their potential.
  • Inventory Management: Effectively manage inventory levels throughout the day, including receiving, processing, restocking, and visual merchandising.
  • Team Leadership: Collaborate with the Store Manager to communicate company initiatives, policies, and priorities to the team.

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • Leadership Experience: Minimum one year of leadership experience and 1-2 years of retail experience.
  • Customer Service Skills: A passion for delivering exceptional customer service and a commitment to creating a positive shopping experience.
  • Coaching Ability: The ability to offer relevant feedback, coaching, and development opportunities to product guides.
