Job Title: Store Manager

We are seeking a talented and experienced Store Manager to lead our new location in Kotara. As a key member of our retail team, you will be responsible for delivering exceptional customer experiences, driving strong commercial results, and bringing our brand ethos to life every day.

The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of managing high-performance store teams, with a focus on coaching, mentoring, and developing retail talent. They will also possess excellent interpersonal, communication, and people management skills, with the ability to nurture and build brand value in-store.

  • Key Responsibilities:
  • Foster a customer-centric culture that delivers outstanding brand presentation, service, and satisfaction.
  • Monitor and act on customer feedback, addressing issues promptly.
  • Promote an engaging customer journey through compelling in-store brand stories.
  • Maintain the highest level of visual merchandising and store presentation standards.
