Job Description

The role requires a team player who can actively support the store manager to manage shift metrics and KPI targets. The ideal candidate will have proven experience in the retail or food and beverage industry and possess excellent customer service skills.

You will be responsible for:

  • Actively supporting the store manager to ensure shift metrics and KPI targets are met.
  • Creating rosters in line with business need and labor budget.
  • Maintaining a safe and healthy workplace at all times.
  • Providing meaningful feedback to stakeholders on product quality and services provided.
  • Working with your team to meet sales targets and improve operational excellence.
  • Supporting the store manager to create and implement action plans in line with operational budgets.
  • Communicating company policies, processes, and systems to your team.
