  • Source and purchase meat from local suppliers, prioritizing quality, sustainability, and animal welfare
  • Maintain a clean and safe working environment, adhering to all health and safety regulations and industry standards
  • Provide outstanding customer service, ensuring a positive experience for each and every customer by listening actively and responding thoughtfully

Requirements:

  • Qualifications in butchery or a related field, such as meat science or food technology
  • Proven experience in a similar role, with a focus on quality, customer satisfaction, and team collaboration
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a cohesive team, contributing to a positive and inclusive work environment
