This role is pivotal in the delivery of high-quality patient care and stroke services within a Southern NSW Local Health District context.

The successful candidate will provide expert clinical input, collaborating closely with stakeholders to implement project plans and drive excellence in patient outcomes.

About the Role
  • Offer specialist clinical advice and guidance to healthcare teams on stroke services.
  • Develop and implement evidence-based models of care and project management strategies.
  • Cultivate partnerships with multidisciplinary teams to enhance patient experiences and outcomes.
  • Contribute to the development and implementation of health policies and procedures.
Essential Requirements
  • Current registration as a Registered Nurse with AHPRA.
  • At least 5 years of postgraduate experience and relevant tertiary qualifications in nursing or equivalent.
  • Demonstrated knowledge and understanding of acute and rehabilitation stroke services.
  • High-level communication, interpersonal, and problem-solving skills.
  • Proven project management and leadership capabilities.
