In this role, you will play a critical part in crafting seamless and uninterrupted digital experiences for millions of customers worldwide.

You will collaborate closely with global stakeholders to understand their objectives and requirements, and work with our Digital Service team to drive business process and technology optimization.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Understanding business objectives and requirements across various teams
  • Working with stakeholders to triage and verify new work requests for digital capabilities
  • Collaborating with the Digital Service team to support business process and technology optimization
  • Serving as a custodian and authority in our digital reporting suite, analyzing trends and spotting anomalies
  • Supporting the team in developing a clear roadmap of work, planning at least 6 months ahead in each product area
  • Communicating plans, changes, and updates to the wider stakeholder network with input from Digital Service team members and the team

Requirements:

  • Fluency in Microsoft Office tools and other productivity-related tools such as Jira and Confluence
  • Confidence with data reporting suites like Adobe Analytics and Google Analytics
  • Passion for delivering high-quality products and services
  • Able to provide recommendations to improve processes and working practices, balancing cost and benefit when defining requirements and evaluating possible solutions
  • Proactive nature and self-motivation to complete administrative tasks and look for improvements
  • Demonstrable ability to work cross-functionally with various stakeholders across contact centers, finance, technology teams, and management teams
  • Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to work with a broad range of stakeholders and teams
