Job Overview

We are looking for a skilled and detail-oriented Production Specialist to join our team.

About the Role:

  • As a Production Specialist, you will be responsible for fabricating orders according to job specifications with an eye towards process improvement, quality and meeting or exceeding productivity standards.

Responsibilities:

  • Operate machinery safely and efficiently in accordance with company policies
  • Perform first-piece inspection and in-process inspection to ensure high-quality products
  • Cross-train and assist in other departments as required to meet production needs and deadlines

Requirements:

  • 1 year of experience in a manufacturing setting
  • High School Diploma or equivalent
  • Ability to use measurement tools accurately, strong attention to detail, ability to work quickly and efficiently in a fast-paced environment, ability to lift and carry up to 50 lbs., Ability to read, write and speak English fluently

  • Strong analytical skills, ability to multitask, ability to work independently and as part of a team
