Job Title: Partner Services Coordinator

Location: Sydney

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented professional to provide administrative support to our sales team in Sydney. The successful candidate will be responsible for assisting with the day-to-day operations of the sales and reservations teams.

Main Responsibilities:

  • Administrative Support: Provide reporting and administrative support to the sales managers
  • Training and Development: Train and assist other staff as required to use the Salesforce and Tropics reservations systems
  • Sales and Marketing Reports: Collate sales and marketing reports for leadership review
  • Brochure Distribution: Coordinate brochure distribution, invoicing, and stock movement
  • Purchase Orders: Manage purchase orders and accounts payable administration

Requirements:

  • Experience: Prior experience working in reservations or inside sales is highly desirable
  • Education: Travel/tourism related or office administration certification is desirable
  • Knowledge: Strong destination knowledge of Contiki's main destinations and trips is essential
  • Skills: Solid skills in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word & PowerPoint)
