Business Development Assistant Sydney

We are seeking an experienced Business Development Assistant to join our team in Sydney. This is a Monday to Friday role with no weekends required.

The successful candidate will be responsible for driving sales forward, ensuring all administrative tasks are completed efficiently and effectively. Key responsibilities include:

  • Providing administrative support throughout the listing lifecycle
  • Ensuring compliance with business and regulatory requirements
  • Working closely with the Operations Team to recommend and implement efficient systems
  • Maintaining accurate listings and sales files
  • Building and maintaining effective business relationships
  • Supporting onboarding activities
  • Staying up-to-date with relevant legislation and compliance

Requirements

To be successful in this role you will require:

  • Current Real Estate Certificate of Registration or willingness to obtain
  • Experience in the Real Estate Industry in a similar role highly regarded
  • High level of attention to detail
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills
  • Excellent organizational and time management skills
  • Strong administration and computer literacy skills
