About the Role

You'll work in tandem with participants to identify their strengths and goals, providing personalized coaching, linking them to suitable roles, and engaging with employers to understand business requirements.

Main Responsibilities
  • Source and develop job opportunities, ensuring a seamless match between clients and suitable roles.
  • Promote inclusive employment practices, focusing on individuals with disabilities, injuries, or health conditions.
  • Engage with employers to address skill shortages through tailored recruitment strategies.
  • Broker work experience to enhance participant skills and align employer and client interests.
  • Prepare workplaces to support and retain participants by implementing adjustments and disability confidence training.
  • Foster employer training to boost disability awareness and inclusion.
  • Build and leverage networks to create job opportunities for our participants.
  • Promote our organization as a trusted partner in helping individuals with disabilities achieve their career goals.
  • Meet performance benchmarks.
Essential Criteria
  • Degree in Employment or Human Services – highly desirable
  • Proven ability to meet Key Performance Indicators and manage workload effectively
  • Strong understanding of employment barriers faced by individuals with disabilities, injuries, or health conditions
  • Skilled in providing tailored support and developing client-focused employment plans
  • Excellent communication, problem-solving, and stakeholder engagement skills
  • Valid Driver's License – essential
