Role Summary:

We are seeking a seasoned Associate Director – Cost Planning professional to spearhead our development strategy.

About the Role
  • This position will be responsible for developing and implementing cost planning strategies for large-scale masterplans and mixed-use developments.
  • The successful candidate will work closely with internal teams, including design, development, and finance, to align cost plans with project objectives.
  • A key aspect of this role is reviewing, challenging, and validating outputs from external cost consultants to ensure quality, accuracy, and consistency.

Main Responsibilities:

  • Developing and overseeing cost planning strategies for large-scale projects.
  • Collaborating with cross-functional teams to inform early-stage development strategy.
  • Reviewing and validating outputs from external cost consultants.

Skill Requirements:

  • At least 10–15 years of experience in cost planning, quantity surveying, or development advisory.
  • Demonstrated experience on complex masterplans or high-profile real estate developments.
  • A proven track record in cost planning, with a focus on front-end strategy and value creation.
