Deputy Team Lead in Data Analytics

The Opportunity
At Monash University, we are seeking a highly skilled Deputy Team Lead to support the achievement of objectives and deployment of resources for the delivery of IRT projects.
As the Deputy Team Lead, you will play a critical role in managing technical activities, projects, and deliverables related to rollingstock and track developments.
Key responsibilities include developing new and improved algorithms to assess vehicle and track performance, ensuring data security and governance, and collaborating with cross-functional teams.
To be successful in this role, you will hold a postgraduate degree in engineering and significant relevant industry experience.
Key skills include demonstrated knowledge in data analytic techniques, machine learning statistics, and algorithm development, as well as proficiency in database management and programming languages such as C#, C++, Python, and SQL.
