Job Title: Solution Architect, Mfg

Job Summary:

Amazon is seeking a highly skilled Solution Architect to join our team in Sydney. As a trusted advisor to our Enterprise customers, you will work closely with our sales, business development, and solutions architecture teams to craft cloud-based solutions that address customer business problems and accelerate the adoption of AWS services.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Create and execute technical strategies alongside sales and business development to delight our Enterprise customers through a deep relationship with AWS.
  • Partner with customers and several AWS teams to craft highly scalable, flexible, and resilient cloud architectures that provide solutions to solve customer business problems and accelerate the adoption of AWS services.
  • Educate customers on the value proposition of AWS and participate in deep architectural discussions to ensure solutions are designed for successful deployment in the cloud.
  • Capture and share best-practice knowledge amongst the AWS solutions architect community, including authoring or contributing to AWS customer-facing publications such as whitepapers and blogs.

Requirements:

  • 4+ years of experience in specific technology domain areas, such as software development, cloud computing, systems engineering, infrastructure, security, networking, or data & analytics.
  • 2+ years of design, implementation, or consulting experience in applications and infrastructures.
  • 4+ years of IT development or implementation/consulting experience in the software or Internet industries.
