About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Cloud Solutions Architect to join our team at Amazon. As a Cloud Solutions Architect, you will be responsible for designing and implementing cloud-based solutions for our customers.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Work directly with customers to understand their business needs and design cloud-based solutions to meet those needs.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to ensure that cloud-based solutions are aligned with business goals and objectives.
  • Develop and maintain technical expertise in cloud computing and related technologies.
  • Provide technical guidance and support to customers and internal teams.

Requirements

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • 10+ years of experience in enterprise IT application work, including at least 2 years of hands-on software development or DevOps engineering experience.
  • 2+ years of experience architecting and operating solutions built on cloud service providers like AWS, Azure, GCP, OCI, etc.
  • 8+ years of experience in technology solutions development and evangelizing end-to-end technology roadmaps that guide IT transformations toward cloud computing.
  • Experience leading and growing teams of senior technology professionals, ideally in customer-facing roles.
  • Deep knowledge of the Telco industry, their challenges, and opportunities.
