Independent Living Support Specialist

 

About the Role:

We are seeking a highly skilled Independent Living Support Specialist to provide individualized care and support to an adult with disabilities in the Mandurah area.

The successful candidate will work collaboratively with our team to ensure seamless delivery of services, empowering our customer to achieve their goals and live a fulfilling life.

 

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide daily support with budgeting, household management, meal preparation, and personal care tasks.
  • Accompany the customer to appointments and assist with shopping, errands, and other activities.
  • Maintain accurate records of support provided, including any issues or concerns.
  • Work effectively as part of a team to ensure high-quality service delivery.

 

Requirements:

  • Nationally accredited qualifications in disability support or related field.
  • Valid Australian driver's license and own reliable vehicle.
  • Current First Aid and CPR Certificates.
  • Proof of working rights in Australia.
  • Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information.
