Support Worker Role

About the Position

This role involves working across various shifts, including mornings, afternoons, and nights, with a mix of short and longer shifts depending on participant requirements.

Responsibilities and Expectations
  • Deliver high-quality support services to participants.
  • Develop and maintain positive relationships with participants, families, and carers.
  • Contribute to a safe and supportive team environment.
Requirements
  • Hold a Certificate III or IV in Disability/Aged Care.
  • Be cleared through NDIS Worker Screening.
  • Have a current Working With Children Check (W.A.).
  • Provide proof of working rights.
  • Hold a valid West Australian driver's license.
  • Have access to a reliable vehicle with comprehensive car insurance.
  • Hold First Aid and CPR qualifications.
  • Have a National Police Clearance.
  • Hold a Manual Handling Certificate.
  • Be medication competency certified.
