Job Description:

As a Meat Processing Apprentice, you will be responsible for assisting in various tasks related to meat processing, including cutting, trimming, and shaping standard cuts of meat to size.

You will also be involved in providing exceptional service to our valued customers, ensuring that meat recipes are followed properly during preparation, and assembling and operating mincers, grinders, mixers, patty-forming or sausage forming machines.

Required Skills and Qualifications:

  • Australian Citizenship, Australian Permanent Residency, or New Zealand Passport Holder residing in Australia for more than six months
  • Eager, reliable, and passionate about all things meat
  • Good communication skills and ability to work well with others
