Sarina Russo Apprenticeships client is a team of family owned butchery business located in Rowville VIC. For business purposes they are looking for a reliable full-time apprentices to join their team.

Successful applicants will have the opportunity to undertake a nationally recognised qualification**:Certificate III in Meat Processing (Butcher).** As a trainee you will acquire a variety of skills across the meat processing industry. Skills may include: meat safety, slaughtering, rendering, boning, and abattoirs. All training will take place on site with a qualified trainer.

To be considered for this position you will require own reliable transport to site, be well presented and well groomed, be able to follow instructions and work well with a team. Application is open to all ages and genders.
